Linear Method is chosen as the new development company for PASCO

Denver, CO: June 2008 - Linear Method is excited to announce that they have been awarded a year long web development project for PASCO, the largest in home health care organization in the rocky mountain region.  The site will manage over 250,000 health care plans and in home health care visits.  The project will commence in the summer of 2008 and is planned for release in early summer 2009.

Currently PASCO provides service to over 700 patience and the scheduling coordination is done manually and the majority of the time reporting employee hours for payroll are recorded by the employee and faxed to PASCO to be manually calculated.  This process takes several days but when complete, the new online version will automate this process allowing employees to log into the system to enter their hours.  In addition to logic to make sure each hour corresponds to an approved visit, the system will calculate the payroll for over 700 employees in a fraction of a second vs days.

Some of the goals are:

• Improve communication between PASCO and its employees and clients.
• Allow an employee to easily locate necessary care plan information on their patience.
• Create an improved scheduling system allowing easier scheduling and automated alerts when needed visits have not been scheduled insuring no patient is missed in the scheduling process.
• Automate the payroll process saving both time and money while eliminating errors in the complex calculation process.

They are certified under Medicare and Medicaid to provide services to persons needing assistance with various activities of daily living.  PASCO’s specialty is in providing Home Health Aides/Certified Nursing Assistants to persons with severe disabilities, including children, needing long-term services, typically on a daily basis.
