Online scheduling systems can cover all aspects of an event like on the Colorado Mountain Club where qualified members can schedule trips then immediately after its been scheduled, other members can register for the trip.  Online scheduling is done slightly differently on 9Health Fair where individuals just submit their information online and all management of that data is done by a authorized employee responsible for all scheduling.
