The process of direct enrollment at foreign institutions can be cumbersome and complicated. AustraLearn provides the most comprehensive services to prepare students for a successful abroad experience in Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific. Each year AustraLearn works with thousands of students, hundreds of programs, and dozens of universities and as a result needed a system to manage all aspects of their business.

Currently the site is used as a CRM tool, allowing AustraLearn to manage all their students. In addition, students use the same application for all steps in their process, including learning about the various programs, applicaitons, scholarships, financial aid, finances, registration, payments, travel, etc.

In to allowing AustraLearn to better able to manage the thousands of students they have each year it has also enabled the students to do much of the work on their own helping out the staff at AustraLeanr even further.
